Redding Rentals was established in 2011 as a family owned and operated company in Hanover, Pennsylvania. Our company remains focused on providing affordable, desirable housing solutions for Pennsylvania and Maryland residents.

Today, we offer property management services to others who own rental properties, but prefer to have a partner handle the day to day operations. Some of the most common property management services are rental collection, tenant relations, and property landscaping management.

In 2019 we added a brand new 102-unit storage facility to our suite of solutions.  MR. Storage is a gated facility, electricity is available, and we even supply a heavy gauge lock for everyone. 

We believe that tenants deserve personal service and modern technology. So we use advanced, mobility optimized technology to market vacancies, allow tenants to pay rent online and request maintenance service and provide communication tools to connect to management quickly and efficiently.
